Other REITs that have Japanese properties in their portfolio include Parkway Life Reit and Frasers Commercial Trust. Frasers Commercial Trust has just announced its divestment of Cosmo Plaza, a Japanese property, in Jan 2011, but it still has some other Japanese properties in its portfolio. AIMSAMPI Reit has announced the divestment of its only property in Japan in Feb 2011. The divestment is expected to be completed in Mar 2011.
