Do you think you can do some analysis on this reit? It was recommended to me but i have some doubts on its' mid/longterm prospects.

At that time it was still known as Macarthurcook Reit.
I did some analysis using the proforma figures post rights issue and have decided to take some positions. But i did highlight that it was a very small part of my portfolio as i still find it risky to a certain extent. This reit is not the likes of stronger reits such as A-Reit. Will probably need to monitor quite closely if u have taken position.
